Staff and service :

Tenants will be provided with a housekeeper to prepare meals, a cleaning lady, and a gardener to maintain the garden and swimming pool.

Daytime working hours: 08H30 to 17H30

The housekeeper will be responsible for housekeeping, preparing breakfast and preparing a meal of the tenant's choice - lunch or dinner.

Rental conditions : 

• The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the prior consent of MOROCCO EXCLUSIVE VILLAS.
• Staff prepare meals
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
• Pets are not allowed
• Check in 15:00H
• Check out 11:00H
• Unenclosed, unsupervised swimming pool.
• A deposit of : 1500 EUR.
  Whatever the duration of the rental, any damage exceeding the amount of the deposit will be charged to the tenant.

Cancellation policies and fees:

• All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by email
• The cancellation policy is based on the local time at the property
• The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
• No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
