- The organization of events in the Riad is forbidden without the prior agreement of MOROCCO EXCLUSIVE VILLAS.
- Staff prepare meals
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
- Pets are not allowed

Cancellation policies and fees:
- All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by email
- The cancellation policy is based on the local time at the property
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
- The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 500 EUR.
Regardless of the rental period, if the cost of any damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant will be responsible for the additional costs.
