Rental conditions :
- The organization of events in the Riad is forbidden without the prior agreement of MOROCCO EXCLUSIVE VILLAS.
- Staff prepare meals
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
- Pets are not allowed
- Unenclosed, unsupervised swimming pool.
- Check in 15:00H
- Check out 11:00H
- The owner requires a security deposit of €1,000.
Regardless of the length of the rental period, if the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant will be responsible for the costs.
Cancellation policies and fees:
- All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by email
- The cancellation policy is based on the local time at the property
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
