- The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the prior consent of MOROCCO EXCLUSIVE VILLAS.
- Staff prepare meals
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
- Pets are not allowed
- Unenclosed, unsupervised swimming pool.

- The owner requires a security deposit of €5,000.
Regardless of the length of the rental period, in the event of damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit, the costs will be borne by the tenant.
Cancellation policies and fees:
- All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by email
- The cancellation policy is based on the local time at the property
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
