Rental conditions :
- The organization of events in the house is prohibited without the prior consent of MOROCCO EXCLUSIVE VILLAS.
- Staff prepare meals

- Check in 15:00H
- Check out 12:00H
- A deposit of : 5000 EUR.
Whatever the duration of the rental, any damage exceeding the amount of the deposit will be charged to the tenant.
Cancellation policies and fees:
- All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent by email
- The cancellation policy is based on the local time at the property
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due to Morocco Exclusive Villas
